Millie is the world's biggest sweetheart. She has her mother's patience, which.. can be both a good and bad thing. While she is patient, for the most part, there are things that she has no patience for, and will not have a problem telling you when you're doing something that gets on her nerves. She's used to dealing with people who are getting out of control so she doesn't have a problem standing up to herself. When she's annoyed or irritated, it's easier to get her mad. However, she's really easy to cheer up. She loves passing the time by listening to other people and their stories.
Talents: Flair bartending, mixing drinks, calming down drunks, other things I'm sure, I just can't think of anymore right now.

Background: Millie grew up around the coastline and loves the water, even though she knows she's not supposed to go in. Her father worked as a shipwright, her mother owned and operated the local pub. Her presnece in the bar often helped others keep control of their drinking, and she entertained others with her - more often than not failed - card tricks. When she was old enough (by her mothers standards) she learned about mixing drinks and flashy bartending techniques. Not too long after that, she was employed at the pub, though she had to lie about her age.

On her eighteenth birthday, her mother gifted her with an Everstone, making her promise to never grow up and stay her baby forever. It was touching, and when her mother passed away, the stone was the one thing that she held onto with all her might. She now runs the pub with her father, him being the owner, and her as a manager of sorts.

Other:
- When she gets angry, her body builds up enough static electricity to deliver a small shock to anyone who touches her.
- The colored part of her work uniform depends on the pokemon type, so not all of them are yellow.
- She wears the everstone her mother gave her all the time. It's typically incorporated into her outfit somehow.
